Yes — BSB and account number, or a PayID (your mobile or email), or both. Families pay from their banking app, so give them exactly what they will paste.

Can I send it from here?

Sign in and you can send it straight to the family. If they use Sortaroo it lands on their ledger; if not, they get the PDF by email from you, with a copy to you.
