What an invoice to a self-managed participant needs

  • Your name (or business name) and ABN — the portal asks for both.
  • Who it's to. The NDIS number is optional; the family knows it.
  • Each support: the date, what it was, hours and rate. A support item number helps the family claim it under the right category.
  • A total. If you're not registered for GST, say so — this generator prints "No GST has been charged".
  • How to pay you, and by when.
